As a Community Specialist, your background will look like
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
· 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in the tech industry. Familiar with Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS.
· A desire to help people attain their goals and go the extra mile when there is a challenge.
· A self-starter that likes to collaborate with others, but can work on their own to meet individual and team goals and SLAs
